Position Overview
Join FUCHS as a Chemical Operations Learner and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This opportunity is designed to provide practical exposure to chemical operations and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Blend additive components into finished lubricant products
- Carry out filling and packaging operations
- Operate mixing systems, valves, heating systems, and related plant equipment
- Monitor and interpret chemical components used in the blending process
- Perform light industrial tasks, including handling and lifting containers or drums
- Conduct basic quality control checks
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials and components
Minimum Requirements
- N4 qualification in Engineering (minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
