Requirements:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Understanding of labour legislation, including the Employment Services Act, Public Service Act, and Batho Pele principles
• Strong computer literacy
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Active listening and professional telephone etiquette
• Interviewing skills and the ability to interpret legislation

Key Responsibilities:

• Register work seekers on the ESSA system
• Capture and register available job and learning opportunities on ESSA
• Refer clients for employment counselling services
• Provide administrative support for job placements and training opportunities
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Participate in outreach and advocacy initiatives when required
