Job Overview
Par-Avion Exclusive Catering is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver / Operations Assistant to join its operations team based in Lanseria, Johannesburg. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced catering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver catering orders accurately and on schedule to clients.
- Assist with collections, purchasing, and other operational support tasks.
- Ensure the safe handling, loading, and dispatch of catering orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of company vehicles.
- Complete delivery documentation and submit all required paperwork.
- Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid South African driver's licence.
- Minimum of 5 years' driving experience.
- Own reliable vehicle and transport.
- Good command of the English language.
- Professional, dependable, and responsible.
- Sober habits and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules when required.
- Previous experience in aviation catering will be an added advantage.
