Remuneration

Salary Scale: R227 508,00 – R315 984,00 per annum
Estimated Total Remuneration Package: R322 542,00 – R435 155,00 per annum

Job Purpose

To provide reliable transport, collection, and delivery services in support of the Health Department’s operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 qualification

• At least six (6) months’ relevant driving experience

• Valid Code C1 driver’s licence with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)

• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and fingerprinting at own cost through the Tshwane Metro Police Department

• Applicants must be willing to be deployed to any location within the City of Tshwane as determined by departmental management

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic operator maintenance

• Plan travel routes according to scheduled and ad hoc requests

• Provide transport services as required

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance

• Handle collection and delivery duties

• Carry out additional duties as assigned
