Key Responsibilities

• Transport healthcare professionals to and from scheduled appointments

• Collect and deliver medical samples and documentation to designated locations

• Perform collection duties related to laboratory samples and client records

• Retrieve blood samples from drop-boxes or specified addresses for underwriting purposes

• Ensure all tasks comply with service level agreements (SLAs)

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 2–3 years’ experience as a commercial driver

• Ability to manage documentation, read maps and road signs, and maintain duty records

Advantageous:

• Completion of an advanced driving course

• Certification from an accredited commercial driving school

Technical Skills & Competencies

Essential:

• Valid South African driver’s licence (Code 8 or 10)

• Clean driving record (no traffic offences in the past 12 months)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

• Strong administrative skills

• Willingness to work overtime

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of insurance-related medical processes
