About the Opportunity

The FirstJob Learner programme offers candidates the opportunity to complete a formal registered qualification while gaining valuable workplace experience. Learners will participate in practical business activities and receive additional work-related training throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with research, analysis, administration, project tasks, and business processes.
• Complete all qualification requirements successfully.
• Identify and escalate risks that could increase operational costs.
• Demonstrate awareness of cost management and operational efficiency.
• Build knowledge of financial processes and comply with operational standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with organisational values and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and take ownership of issues.
• Gather customer feedback to support service improvements.
• Ensure product knowledge and information provided to customers is accurate.
• Follow processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining accurate activity records.
• Explore innovative ways to improve systems and business processes.
• Support process alignment to improve customer experience.
• Recommend process and system improvements to management.
• Contribute positively to team goals and collaboration.
• Respect diversity and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Identify personal development areas and create growth plans with team leaders.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
