🌟 Programme Overview

Applications for the FNB Graduate Programme are open until 31 August 2026, with final feedback expected in November 2026.

This programme offers permanent employment opportunities, where graduates are placed within various business units across retail and commercial banking. Participants gain exposure to areas such as credit analytics, product development, financial management, risk and fraud analysis, technology development, customer experience, and more.

Graduates will work in full-time roles while participating in monthly training sessions and completing an action learning project as part of their development journey.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Strong academic performance (academic transcript required)
• Currently in the final year of a relevant degree (BSc or Commerce), including:
  • Actuarial Science
  • Mathematics / Statistics
  • Engineering / Physics
  • Information Systems / Computer Science
  • Chemistry / Data Science
  • UX (Usability & Customer Experience) or related fields
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
