About the Role
Impact Human Resources is looking for a hardworking and dependable General Worker to join a farming team in Letsitele, Limpopo. The successful candidate will assist with daily farming activities, crop management, irrigation, and general maintenance duties on the farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Planting, watering, and caring for crops
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and other produce
- Assisting with irrigation systems and related tasks
- Operating tractors, hand tools, and other farm equipment
- Maintaining farm buildings, fences, and equipment
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Following health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / High School qualification or equivalent
- Previous farming or agricultural experience will be advantageous
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions
- Basic understanding of farm equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
Remuneration
