About the Role

Impact Human Resources is looking for a hardworking and dependable General Worker to join a farming team in Letsitele, Limpopo. The successful candidate will assist with daily farming activities, crop management, irrigation, and general maintenance duties on the farm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planting, watering, and caring for crops
  • Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and other produce
  • Assisting with irrigation systems and related tasks
  • Operating tractors, hand tools, and other farm equipment
  • Maintaining farm buildings, fences, and equipment
  • Cleaning and organizing work areas
  • Following health, safety, and operational procedures at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / High School qualification or equivalent
  • Previous farming or agricultural experience will be advantageous
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions
  • Basic understanding of farm equipment and tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks

Remuneration

💰 Salary: Market Related
