Job Overview
This learnership offers structured, workplace-based training aimed at developing commercial awareness and practical merchandising skills. Learners will support customer service delivery, drive volume growth, assist with order-taking processes, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers within an assigned geographical area.
The role reports directly to the Account Developer.
Key Stakeholder Interaction
The learner will engage with the following stakeholders:

Sales Team Members: Collaborate on daily activities and share knowledge.

Sales Account Developer: Receive coaching, training, performance feedback, and safety guidance, while gaining insight into the overall sales process.

Consumers: Understand customer preferences and behaviour to support effective sales strategies and product execution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising
-
Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets in line with planned objectives.
-
Apply visual merchandising standards, stock rotation practices, and in-store displays according to brand guidelines.
-
Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility in line with RED standards and execution scorecard requirements, including completion of the iRED survey.
-
Assist and educate customers on placing orders via the MyCCBA platform.
-
Support the implementation of promotional activities to boost brand presence.
-
Provide relief support when required, as directed by the line manager.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40% pass).
-
Grade 12 with English and one additional language (minimum 40% pass).
-
South African citizen.
-
Aged between 18 and 35 years.
-
Employment Equity candidate.
-
Available to work six days per week.
-
Unemployed at the time of appointment.

Not currently enrolled in any learnership or full-time studies.

Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership.

Learnership Information

Key Purpose
