FirstRand is inviting bright, motivated students in their final or penultimate (second-to-last) year of study within the following faculties:

Key Responsibilities
During this hands-on, two-week experience, you will:

Deliver exceptional, innovative customer service that exceeds expectations.

Efficiently resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.

Provide accurate administrative support through careful planning and reporting.

Comply with legislative, audit, and governance requirements.

Work closely with a dedicated team or mentor to build your skills in Operations and Administration.

Take ownership of your personal and professional development.
