Founded in 2013, SpecCon has grown from a one-person operation into an organisation of over 150 employees. What truly sets us apart is that more than half of our workforce began their journey through our own learnership programmes — with many now excelling in leadership and management roles.

Our evolution has been remarkable. From an Excel training provider, we have become South Africa’s leading learnership, QCTO, learning management system, and online training company. With six offices nationwide, we are proud to make quality education accessible across South Africa.
