Programme Overview
RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers is offering a 12-month learnership programme for motivated male and female candidates. Successful applicants will enter into both a fixed-term employment contract and a learnership agreement.
Please note that this is not a salaried position; learners will receive a monthly allowance for the duration of the programme. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to gain professional driving experience through both theoretical and practical training.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Aged between 21 and 28 years
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy and English
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- PrDP will be advantageous
- Good health
- No criminal record
- Currently unemployed and not studying or receiving any bursary
Skills & Competencies
- Numerically inclined
- Strong driving ability
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in both practical and theoretical training
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Durban before starting
- Must be available for in-person work
