About the Opportunity
Managed People Solutions is inviting unemployed youth across South Africa to apply for an exciting Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme.
This programme offers candidates the opportunity to obtain a National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 2) while gaining valuable workplace experience within the retail industry. Successful learners will be placed in the Merchandising Department and receive practical exposure in retail store environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage stock for merchandising
- Prepare stock requirements
- Inspect product quality, shelf life, stock rotation, and pricing
- Carry out merchandising activities according to cycle briefs
- Provide feedback regarding customer complaints and queries
- Maintain product and promotional knowledge
- Accurately record merchandising activities
- Conduct store visits according to call cycles
- Report out-of-stock products to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Requirements
- Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate required
- No previous work experience needed
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Must reside in Delft or nearby areas
