About the Opportunity

An exciting 12-month Learnership Programme is available, offering candidates the chance to gain hands-on experience, develop key industry skills, and lay the foundation for a successful career in logistics. There are two positions available, based at the Grindrod House branch in Durban, starting on 01 May 2026.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Completed Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be 27 years old or younger
• Should have little to no prior work experience
• Must not have previously completed a Logistics/Supply Chain Learnership
