Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all aspects of the New Venture Creation Learnership Programme.

• Attend scheduled training sessions, workshops, assessments, and practical learning activities.

• Complete workplace assignments and projects within specified deadlines.

• Assist with business administration and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Conduct market research and collect relevant business information.

• Develop knowledge of entrepreneurship, business planning, and enterprise management.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen.

• Must be living with a disability and able to provide supporting documentation.

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop business and entrepreneurial skills.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to completing the programme.

• Previous work experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
