Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 10 or NQF Level 2 qualification. No previous experience is required. Candidates should have basic knowledge of operating photocopying machines and tools, as well as an understanding of departmental procurement procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal relations, and effective time management are essential. Experience operating heavy-duty photocopying machines will be advantageous, while a valid driver’s licence will serve as an added benefit.
Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality copies of files and official correspondence. Duties include operating and maintaining photocopying and printing equipment, as well as using binding machines to bind printed materials when required.

Salary: R144 024 per annum
Location: Pretoria Regional Office
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a minimum Grade 10 or NQF Level 2 qualification. No experience is required. Candidates must have knowledge of machinery and tool operations, departmental procurement processes, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Required skills include effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, work planning, time management, and the ability to operate heavy-duty photocopying machines.
Duties:
The successful candidate will provide support services related to document reproduction operations. Responsibilities include receiving and recording photocopying requests, assisting with procurement of reproduction materials, and monitoring the use and maintenance of heavy-duty photocopying equipment.
Additional duties include adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting machine issues, checking output quality, maintaining records of completed and defective work, and preparing machines for production cycles through cleaning and calibration. The role also involves feeding paper into machines, assisting clients with document collection, and maintaining stock of lubrication materials and tools.
