Job Overview
A reputable company based in Durban is seeking a Picker / Packer to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders within a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment (essential)
- Forklift experience will be advantageous
- Fluent in English (reading and writing required)
Key Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately in line with company procedures
- Verify, package, wrap, and label orders correctly
- Load goods onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Offload and unpack incoming stock, ensuring proper labelling and storage
- Follow all warehouse processes and management instructions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Work effectively within a team to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate professionally with customers and couriers when required
- Be dependable and available to meet operational demands
Salary
R6 000 – R7 000 per month
