Job Purpose
The role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and binning parts on a daily basis, in line with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role or environment
- Qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Operations (Process)
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
- Inspect incoming parts to ensure they are undamaged and properly packaged
- Plan and manage daily tasks to meet performance targets and SOP standards
- Provide daily feedback on completed tasks
- Receive, unpack, and organize stock in the designated areas
- Verify and store stock efficiently for easy access
- Resolve routine issues and escalate unresolved matters promptly

- Perform tasks efficiently to reduce delays and improve productivity

- Deliver work that meets or exceeds customer expectations
