Job Overview

The Production Technology Learnership is a 12-month structured development programme designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in production operations.

This programme aims to equip learners with essential technical and operational skills required within a manufacturing environment. Participants will gain exposure to production processes, machine operations, and workplace systems, preparing them for entry-level opportunities in the production and manufacturing sector.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Minimum of 50% in English (Compulsory).

• Minimum of 50% in Mathematics (Compulsory).

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Between the ages of 18 and 28.

• Must be available and committed to completing the full 12-month programme, including practical training in a technical environment.

• Must reside in Gqeberha or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production line activities.

• Learn and apply production machine operating procedures.

• Support machine operators and supervisors with operational tasks.

• Gain an understanding of production and distribution workflows.

• Participate in skills assessments and structured practical training.
