🌟 Programme Overview
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable workplace experience over a 12-month period, helping them develop practical skills in a retail sales environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Provide professional product knowledge and application advice
- Support branch operations when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping on the sales floor
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Must be a Black South African citizen (as per BEE requirements)
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme before
- Currently unemployed
