About the Internship

South African National Parks (SANParks), the country's leading conservation authority responsible for managing over 3.7 million hectares of protected land across 20 national parks, is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 24-month Internship Programme.

The programme provides graduates with practical workplace experience to enhance their professional skills. Please note that participation in the internship does not guarantee permanent employment upon completion.

• Groenkloof National Park (Head Office), Gauteng

Available Field of Study

Chief Executive Officer Division

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
  • Law
  • Corporate Governance
  • Public Administration
  • Business Administration

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be unemployed South African citizens.
• Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Hold a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed fields from a recognised South African Higher Education Institution.
• Not have participated in any previous internship or workplace placement programme.
• Not have been previously employed in a similar internship programme.

• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Certified copy of South African ID.
• Certified copy of Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Certified copies of academic qualifications.
• Academic transcript (academic record).
