Training formats and employer support
SEESA lists nationwide training, eLearning and webinars among the options available through its Skills Training service. The monthly retainer also includes assistance with workplace skills plans, annual training reports, employment equity reporting and advice on skills development grants. SEESA separately lists access to learnership programmes. Employers should confirm which courses, dates and formats are available to their staff.
The courses should not all be assumed to provide an accredited qualification. SEESA’s training terms distinguish between certificates of attendance for satisfactory participation and certificates of competence for learners found competent on accredited courses. Its separately advertised learnerships and skills programmes have their own arrangements.
How to enquire or book
