Minimum Requirements

• Must not have participated in a YES Learnership previously
• Grade 12 / Matric certificate required
• Must reside near Isando or surrounding areas
• No prior work experience needed
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work well within a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with general site operations and daily activities
• Support supervisors and site staff with assigned tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Carry out additional duties when required
