Role: Site Assistant – YES Learnership

Minimum Requirements
- Must not have previously participated in a YES learnership
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate required
- Reside near the work location
- No prior work experience needed
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work well within a team
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general site duties and operational tasks
- Provide support to supervisors and site teams
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety on-site
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
