About the Opportunity

Air Liquid is looking for a motivated Skills and Qualification Intern to support training administration, coordination of learning programmes, and skills development initiatives within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electronic training administration using systems such as Intelex and Workday.
• Enrol new employees into onboarding programmes and monitor completion progress.
• Maintain accurate electronic training records and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate training sessions, including venue arrangements, training materials, facilitator requirements, delegate bookings, and payments.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and maintain feedback records.
• Capture and submit SETA-related administration for Mandatory and Discretionary Grants within required deadlines.
• Maintain positive working relationships with SETA stakeholders.
• Ensure Training and Development records comply with organisational policies and Industrial Management System requirements.
• Assist with the administration and management of Skills Development Programmes.
• Maintain accurate qualification and training records in line with organisational policies.
• Support communication initiatives and special projects when required.
• Assist HR with the coordination of internships and learnership programmes.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• National Diploma in Human Resources or Training & Development

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a related field will be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Gmail and Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
