Role Overview

TFG is seeking a Stockroom Associate to join the JD Sports store at Southgate Mall. The role focuses on efficient stock management, supporting sales operations, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to management on stock movement and discrepancies
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Support the achievement of store sales targets
• Manage receiving and dispatching of stock
• Process stock within required timeframes
• Ensure smooth stock rotation between stockroom and sales floor
• Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards
• Monitor and control stock shrinkage in line with company policies

Minimum Requirements

✔ Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
✔ Retail experience (essential)

Added Advantage

⭐ 2 years’ stockroom experience
⭐ Background in hospitality
