A leading company within the automotive manufacturing sector is seeking six experienced and dedicated Warehouse Assistants to join its operations team in Isando, Johannesburg. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong warehouse background who are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience, preferably within an automotive or spare parts environment.
- Valid forklift licence will be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Perform Data Dotting and ensure complete traceability of serialized parts.
- Accurately bin, pick, pack, and dispatch stock according to operational requirements.
- Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 24 hours of receiving stock.
- Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory variance investigations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S and Health & Safety standards.
- Operate forklifts where licensed and assist with loading and unloading activities.
- Capture and process all warehouse transactions accurately on the system.
- Conduct supplier, dealer, and branch collections and deliveries when required.
- Participate in standby duties during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- GRN Completion: Within 24 Hours
- Bin & Cycle Count Accuracy: 98%
- Data Dot Compliance: 100%
- 5S Housekeeping Compliance: 90%
