Competent Candidates is offering a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity in Human Resources for students who have completed the theoretical component of their diploma and require practical workplace experience to complete their qualification.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• No previous work experience is required.

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document.

• Must have completed the theoretical component of a diploma and require practical workplace experience to complete the qualification.

• Applicants should be studying towards or completing qualifications in one of the following fields:

  • Human Resource Management

  • Business Administration

  • Environmental Management

Purpose of the Programme

The Work Integrated Learning programme is designed to provide students with valuable practical exposure and workplace experience.

The programme aims to:

• Provide students with an understanding of how different departments within an organisation operate.

• Give students practical, on-the-job workplace experience.

• Develop practical skills that will help students transition effectively into the working environment.

• Allow students to apply the knowledge gained through their academic studies in a real workplace setting.
