About the Opportunity

Sholin Healthcare Solutions invites applications from recently qualified Somatology or Beauty Therapy graduates for a structured Work Integrated Learning (WIL) / Internship programme. This opportunity provides hands-on experience within a professional clinical aesthetics environment.

At the end of the programme, interns will be assessed. High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent employment, depending on business needs.

⚠️ Please note: Only qualified somatologists or beauty therapists should apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Somatology (essential)
• 0–6 months’ experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to commute to Randburg

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Saturdays & Public Holidays: 09:00 – 14:00

Key Responsibilities (Under Supervision)

Clinical Treatments:

• Facials (including medical facials)
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• LED therapy
• Massage treatments
• Skin tag removal (within scope and supervision)

Clinic Hygiene & Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensure a hygienic and professional workspace
• Follow infection control protocols

Administrative Duties:

• Schedule and manage appointments
• Maintain accurate client records
• Stock control and inventory management
• Reception and general admin support

Client Care & Retail:

• Deliver personalised client service
• Educate clients on aftercare and skincare products
• Promote and sell retail products
• Build strong client relationships
