Programme Overview
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is inviting applications from unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 for a structured two-year graduate development programme.
This programme provides a combination of formal training and practical workplace experience, aimed at equipping participants with the skills and exposure needed to enhance their employability. Progress is reviewed every six months to ensure alignment with both organisational and individual development goals.
Programme Purpose
The initiative is designed to give graduates a strong foundation by combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience across various functional areas. Participants will gain meaningful workplace exposure while developing professional competencies in a structured and mentored environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and complete the full 24-month graduate programme
- Engage in practical, on-the-job training within assigned departments
- Contribute to departmental tasks and projects as required
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 or higher
- No prior work experience required
- Must have graduated from a recognised institution (University or University of Technology)
