Role Overview

Provide general assistance on-site to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with site teams to help meet operational targets and objectives
• Assist with routine inspections in designated areas and report any hazards or irregularities
• Support the resolution of operational issues and escalate concerns where necessary
• Carry out general site duties as assigned to maintain efficient operations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety through basic housekeeping tasks
• Perform duties in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience

• At least one year of relevant work experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good listening skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Strong awareness of safety practices

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully pass company and/or client criminal background checks
• Willingness to work shifts when required
• Availability to work overtime when necessary
• Must be physically, mentally, and medically fit
