Job Overview

The Rola Group is inviting applications from motivated individuals who want to build a technical career in the motor industry.

This apprenticeship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training toward becoming a qualified Vehicle Technician. If you are passionate about motor vehicles, eager to learn a trade, and committed to providing excellent service, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

• Automotive-related subjects will be an advantage

• Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn

• Strong interest in the automotive industry

• Good technical aptitude

• Reliable time management and ability to work under pressure

• Good verbal communication skills (training is mainly conducted in English)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist qualified technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs

• Learn how to accurately record time spent on each job

• Ensure full understanding of Repair Order instructions before starting work

• Learn to plan repair tasks and identify parts that need to be ordered

• Attend all required training sessions as part of the apprenticeship programme
