Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric)

  • Must not have participated in a YES Learnership previously

  • Reside in Benoni or surrounding areas

  • Willing and able to commit to the full 12-month programme

  • No previous work experience required

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with general factory and production activities

  • Support product packing, sorting, and handling processes

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the workplace

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

  • Provide support to supervisors and team members with daily operational tasks
