Fidelity Services Group is looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to support the effective administration and operational coordination of learnership programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing learner attendance, workplace placements, transport arrangements, and progress tracking to ensure the smooth delivery of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor learner attendance and follow up on absenteeism and late arrivals.
• Coordinate learner transport and movement to workplace sites when required.
• Arrange and confirm workplace placements with supervisors and site managers.
• Maintain accurate learner schedules, attendance registers, placement records, and task trackers.
• Follow up on workplace learning activities and supervisor feedback.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on attendance, transport logistics, workplace placements, and learner progress.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• At least two years’ experience in logistics, operations, learner coordination, scheduling, administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous for candidates required to conduct site visits.
