Programme Overview

This 12-month Learnership Programme is designed for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience within the Investor Services – Custody division. It offers practical exposure, structured training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Successful candidates will go through a selection process and, if appointed, will be placed within the Custody team where they will develop valuable technical and professional skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree (minimum 65% average) or a Master’s degree in any field
• Up to 1 year of work experience (not required)

• Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment
