About the Role

The Foschini Group (TFG) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic YES Intern: Learning Delivery Consultant to support learning and development initiatives across the business. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about training, employee development, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating training programmes, including logistics and participant communication.
  • Support the creation and improvement of training materials and learning resources.
  • Help facilitate training sessions and assist with post-training evaluations.
  • Promote learning initiatives and encourage employee participation.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and evaluation reports.
  • Stay updated on learning and development trends within the industry.
  • Assist with various learning projects and additional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Teaching, or a related Learning qualification.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use technology to improve productivity and problem-solving.
